The War on Gaza_The Myth of the Third Temple

Published: at ٠٧:٠٤ ص

Since the destruction of Herod’s Temple, the third temple after Solomon’s so-called temple in 70 AD by the Roman army led by Titus, the Jews have been praying in their so-called prayers that God will rebuild their third temple in Jerusalem.

Regarding the Temple, the rabbis are divided into those who invite to visit the Temple, another section that reserves for religious and political reasons, and the third section calls for the construction of the Temple.

Among them is a Rabbi of Safed (Shmuel Eliyahu) supported by other rabbis. In a fatwa issued in 2012, he says, “The kingdom we dream of knows how to defeat and strike its enemies and does not leave wounded in the field planning the next war.

They are stepping up their calls to desecrate the Temple Mount in order to rush salvation and build their so-called temple as soon as possible. As for the motives for building this temple and the fatwas around it, the first is nationalism, as its supporters see it as the heart of the Jewish state and the center of Jewish unity.

The second motive is religious, which holds that the construction of the Temple allows the establishment of the largest number of biblical clans. The third motive is romantic: the construction of the Temple allows Jews to communicate with their God in an intimate and genuine relationship.

The fourth is the metaphysical and his supporters claim that its construction is a decisive step to evoke salvation, they say.

These rabbis believe that in order to speed up the construction of this temple, it is necessary to change the systems of worship on the Temple Mount by changing the religious attitude after the formation of the hearts of the Jews and the removal of the Dome of the Rock and Al-Aqsa mosques.

It also requires the provision of instruments that fall under the name of worship in the temple, including playing instruments, the clothes of the high priest, incense and an altar for offerings prepared for its construction between Al-Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock. There are organizations that enjoy the support of Knesset members, ministers and others who support the construction of the structure, and these extremist organizations feed on the statements of these politicians, including members of the Likud party.

This vision became clear after the 1967 war, when the paratroopers stood weeping on the Western Wall and the voice of their commander, Mordechai Gur, enthusiastically stated to military radio, “The Temple Mount is in our hands.”

Today, before the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, specifically on October 2, 2023, more than a thousand Jewish extremist settlers under the protection of the occupation police stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque and performed the so-called Talmudic prayer at the Chain Gate, which is one of the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Hundreds of their herds in successive groups stormed it from the Mughrabi Gate and performed Talmudic rituals carrying (plant offerings) of palm fronds, while others wore the priests’ religious attire. These raids come on the third day of the so-called (Jewish Throne Day) amid attacks on the Palestinian Almoravids.

Police also imposed age restrictions on worshippers’ access to the mosque, preventing Palestinian youths from entering the mosque during raids.

Right-wing Jewish groups have called for intensified raids on the Al-Aqsa Mosque during Sukkot. Hence, we come to a clear conclusion through the incursions and the bringing of their corrupt tools of worship, priests’ clothes and offerings, that they are indeed seeking to overthrow the religious regime in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock, and they are also desecrating it as a prelude to building the Temple in order to rush what they claim to be waiting for, which is salvation.

I am surprised after all these facts, which are as clear as the sun to those who deny the Al-Aqsa flood operation, which came in response to these incursions and rituals performed by the Jews in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and in return the attack on the Almoravids of our patient Palestinian people.
